Our client is a very collaborative investments firm based in the heart of Mayfair. Part of an international network of offices, the London one has around 120 staff and growing fast.

They are recruiting for an experienced Executive Assistant, ideally with some Office management experience to act as the lynchpin across the business.

This key role will support the Director of Risk in Executive Assistant support such as international diary and travel, whilst also ensuring that the stunning office is run smoothly and continues to be an enjoyable working environment.

You will control an extremely busy diary, where the Director is on several external Boards and where they are in back-to-back meetings. Whilst it does not involve inbox management, the EA will manage up in terms of ensuring the Director has seamless support and that internal and external stakeholders receive high levels of client service.

The role will also involve all the key aspects including Health and Safety, supplier liaison, IT set up, arranging training, employee events, recruitment of administrative hires, working to budgets and will have two receptionists as their direct reports.

You will work with the C-suite team and HQ in the US to ensure that new projects are rolled out in the London office and that employees are looked after for their office needs.

The ideal Executive Assistant/ Office manager will have previous experience in a similar role, ideally in a financial organisation. You should be a positive and proactive individual who loves to build strong company cultures and is very solutions focussed. Your personality should be confident and with a great sense of humour.

Salary is dependent on experience.
