Year 5 Teacher with Key Stage or Subject Leadership Responsibilities

Are you a passionate and dedicated educator ready to take on a leadership role? We are looking for an inspiring Year 5 Teacher who is eager to assume Key Stage or Subject Leadership responsibilities in a small school with a big heart in Welling. Key Responsibilities:

Teaching a Year 5 class with a focus on fostering a love for learning and academic excellence.
Leading a Key Stage or specific subject area, driving curriculum development and raising standards.
Collaborating with colleagues to share best practices and support each other's professional growth.
Requirements:

At least three full years of teaching experience.
A consistently 'good' or better teacher, committed to excellence in education.
Dynamic, self-motivated, and able to work on your own initiative.
Caring and patient, with a strong commitment to creating a safe, happy, and inclusive school environment.
Leadership experience or aspirations to grow professionally within our team.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
