Receptionist- Temporary Opportunities Bristol £11.44 per hour

We are looking for experienced and talented Receptionists to support our client over the coming months across various sites in the city. You will be face of the organisations, professionalism is key in these temporary positions.

The Role

Building management responsibilities
Meet and greet all visitors, clients and personnel
Coordinating parking spaces
Ensuring the reception desk run smoothly
Use of the telephone systems
Reporting any faults to the clients and personnel when necessary
Liaising with the clients and on-site security
Daily administration as and when needed
Daily building checks to ensure health & safety is adhered to
Efficient communication and administration skills are essentialRequirements

Experienced in a previous Reception role
Professionalism and efficiency
Attention to detail
Confident communicator
Calm and solutions orientated
Be smart and presentable and be prepared to wear office attire to your shiftsPlease be aware these are temporary positions. There will be full training given, usually over two days. There are a variety of shift patterns but the ones we are focusing on could be 7am until 2.30pm, 12pm until 5pm and 1pm until 7pm.
