The Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated KS1 Teacher to join our established team on a full-time basis to cover a maternity leave. You will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality education and maintaining the continuity of learning for our young students.

Requirements:

Qualification: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience: Proven experience teaching Key Stage 1 (KS1)
Commitment: Ability to work full time, Monday to Friday, for the full academic year
Skills: Strong classroom management, excellent communication, and a passion for early childhood education

Key Responsibilities:

Planning, preparing, and delivering engaging lessons tailored to KS1 students
Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Assessing and monitoring student progress, providing feedback and support
Collaborating with colleagues to ensure a cohesive educational experience
Participating in staff meetings, professional development, and school events
Maintaining open communication with parents and guardians
