DUTIES:

The Senior Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for building a profitable desk from a rolling start - there are house accounts and existing roles/candiates that will be passed over on day 1.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2 Years+ of Agency Recruitment (open to all sectors)
• Consultant level - previous 360 experience
• Strong verbal and written Communication skills
• Experience in full-cycle recruitment
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
