Educate GM's partner school in Sale, Trafford is looking for a KS2 Teaching Assistant to join their caring and thriving school.

The role is full-time, for the full academic year and will commence from September 2024. This great opportunity will pay £85-£95 a day, depending on experience.

You will be joining a successful and reputable school within Sale, Greater Manchester, where children thrive. The school has supportive staff members who are passionate about high standards and working as part of a team. The school encourages staff development and there are always opportunities to grow your skills as a teaching assistant.

The Head Teacher is looking for someone with exceptional communication skills and a genuine passion in supporting and empowering students to reach their true potential. You will also be required to support the class teacher in daily classroom tasks.

To be successful in this role you will need:

* Level 1 - Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification

* Experience in teaching in KS1/KS2.

* Experience in delivering interventions is desirable.

* Patience & understanding.

* Enthusiasm and a passion for helping children excel.

* Great behaviour management.

* A genuine passion to support each child to reach their true potential.

* All candidates must have a valid enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check (DBS)

* Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible, and any employment breaks must be explained.

* You must have the legal right to work in the UK.
