Salary: £25,000 to £28,000 + Uncapped Commission

Qualiteach Education Group is on the hunt for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team, supporting our Sales Director with a busy and high-performing SEN desk. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous education recruitment resourcing experience who is looking to take the next step in their career!

What You'll Be Doing:

* Supporting the Sales Director in managing an established SEN recruitment desk.

* Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for SEN teaching and support roles.

* Building strong relationships with candidates and clients, understanding their needs, and matching them effectively.

* Conducting business development calls to schools to secure new opportunities.

* Managing the recruitment process from initial contact to placement, ensuring a smooth experience for both candidates and clients.

* Meeting and exceeding daily and weekly KPIs to drive success and earn uncapped commission.

What We're Looking For:

* A confident and motivated individual with a strong work ethic.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* A competitive and target-driven mindset.

* The ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks.

* Sales experience is desirable but not essential - we're looking for attitude and potential!

* Previous experience within education recruitment is preferable
