We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing / Production Manager to oversee daily operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient manufacturing, assembly, and quality of our diverse component product range. This role involves leading a dedicated production team, focusing on resource management, production planning, and maintaining high-quality standards to meet company objectives.

Candidates should possess excellent communication skills and a solid background in production planning, supply chain management, and quality control. Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and engineering drawings would be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the Component Manufacturing Division, supporting the Production Director.
Develop and implement production schedules, ensuring efficient department performance.
Manage resources effectively to meet production targets and objectives.
Utilise internal systems for production planning and stock management.
Ensure all manufactured components meet quality standards and company requirements.Requirements:

Proven experience in a Manufacturing Manager / Production Manager role
Knowledge of manufacturing, assembly, stocking, quality, planning & supply chain.
Experience within Injection Moulding / Plastics would be advantageous
Ability to interpret Engineering drawings desirable.
Salary: £45k - £50k (dependent on experience).
Location: Hyde

Working Hours: 8am - 5pm, Mon-Friday.
