RG Consultancy are working with a rapidly growing business on a brand-new role for an experienced Finance Manager. You will work for a growing SME within a small finance team, report to and work closely with the Financial Director. You will be responsible for the management accounts, day to day running of the accounts department and oversee a small team of two accounts assistants whilst being a pivotal part of system and process improvements.

The Role
- Preparation of monthly Management Accounts
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Accruals and prepayments
- Monthly Profit & Loss
- VAT Returns
- Supporting, developing and overseeing a small transactional team
- Supporting and leading projects, company growth, system upgrades and process improvements
- Year end and audit preparations
- Any other tasks to support the Finance Director as required
The Person
- CIMA/ACCA part or fully qualified
- Worked within an SME as a Finance Manager or a larger business as a management accountant would be an advantage
- Experience with implementation of a new system would be an advantage
- Experienced with managing or overseeing a small team
