We are currently looking for a dedicated and experienced HGV1 Driver with Plant Machinery experience to join our growing team. Role Overview:
As an HGV1 Driver with Plant Machinery experience, you will be responsible for safely transporting plant machinery to various sites while ensuring compliance with all regulations. You will work as part of a team to support the needs of our clients, delivering high-quality service and ensuring smooth operations. This Role is on an Ad-Hoc/Holiday cover basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate and transport plant machinery and vehicles to designated sites
• Ensure that all vehicles and machinery are in safe working order
• Carry out pre and post journey checks on vehicles and plant equipment
• Follow all safety guidelines and transport regulations
• Maintain accurate delivery and inspection records
• Load and unload machinery using appropriate equipment
• Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues to ensure smooth operations

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Valid HGV1 (Class 1) licence
• CPC qualification
• Valid Plant Machinery certification (such as CPCS or NPORS)
• Previous experience driving HGV1 vehicles with plant machinery experience
• Strong knowledge of transport regulations and safety standards
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A strong commitment to safety and attention to detail
