Finance Assistant required for a hugely successful professional services business based in Harrogate. This is a newly created role due to business demands and will allow you the opportunity to contribute towards the continued success of this organisation under the guidance of an experienced finance professional:

The purpose of the Finance Assistant is to work closely/support the Finance Director:

• Cash postings.
• Daily bank reconciliations.
• Balance sheet reconciliations.
• Posting journals at month end.
• Raising monthly bills.
• Other ad hoc duties as required.

The person:

• Drive, ambition and the tenacity to succeed and progress is essential.
• The successful candidate will have a relevant finance degree or be studying AAT.
• Some finance experience is required.
• Good IT skills are essential.
