Description
- Manage and oversee the entire invoicing process within the retail department.
- Ensure all invoices are accurate and dispatched on time.
- Streamline invoicing and billing procedures for efficiency.
- Oversee credit control and cash management
- Communicate with other departments to resolve any invoice discrepancies.
- Prepare and present reports on billing activities.
- Ensure compliance with company's policies and relevant legal regulations.
- Develop strategies to improve the invoicing process.
- Lead, motivate and support a team within the finance department.
