Salary: £45000 - £55000/annum car allowance + bonus + healthcare

I am recruiting on behalf of major, UK based property consultancy with a brilliant reputation that is looking to bolster their North West Regional commercial Property Management team !

This role is INCREDIBLY FLEXIBLE and requires the candidate to be in the chosen office only once a week at max, which would only be for meetings. Their offices would be Liverpool, Manchester or their Cheshire office. My client prefer their employees spending time with clients and managing their time effectively! WHAT IS THE ROLE?

Our clients Property Management team are looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager (or equivalent job title) up to Senior Associate who can pro-actively manage a varied portfolio and client base. The successful candidate will oversee service charge budgets, buildings insurance, major works, contractor management and general daily client correspondence. This is an opportunity to join a dedicated team with a high level of autonomy supported by other property managers, facilities managers and wider commercial property management team. You will be working on a variety of commercial assets but there will be a heavy weighting toward industrial property.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

* Management of multi occupied commercial property - mainly industrial, but covering office, retail, leisure

* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, tenants, contractors and on-site staff.

* Supervising and directing site based staff

* Preparing, presenting and obtaining approval of Service Charge Budgets

* Presenting Service Charge Budgets to tenants and dealing with any queries raised

* Day to day liaison with Property Owners, Asset Managers & Tenants

* Preparing and reporting information to clients in a timely manner

* Ensuring compliance with legislation including Health and Safety and other regulations

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL?

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* RICS Accredited Degree (ideally)

* Strong organisational and time management skills

* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

* MRICS or interest in further qualification.
