Role Overview: Handle customer complaints in our busy call centre, resolving issues related to bills, metering, appointments, and service. Use your customer service skills to follow up with customers on resolutions.

Start Date: February & March 2025
Salary: £23,445 per annum + performance and loyalty bonus
Location: Glasgow City Centre (Hybrid working after training)
Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday, 8am - 6pmBenefits
