You'll be working across a retail contract in Newcastle.
You'll have responsibility for undertaking a wide range of mechanical maintenance tasks.
You'll also ensure a compliant and effective service is delivered at all times.
This role is covering working on a large static estate in Newcastle.You will be required to work Monday - Friday plus a call out rota of 1 in 4.

About you

A mechanical engineering qualification - Level 3 equivalent or higher
Previous experience of FM maintenance
You'll also have experience of undertaking both planned and reactive maintenance schedulesHaving experience of working within the retail or leisure industry is highly advantageous for this role however, experience within FM maintenance is essential.
