Agility Resourcing are delighted to be working with a long-standing client who are looking for a confident candidate with an excellent telephone manner to join then as a Credit Control Assistant. You will be working closely with the Finance Managager supporting with payment collection and maintaining relationships with customers.

What you will be doing:

• Chase customers for payments via various communications.
• Chasing subcontractors for confirmation of order fitting dates, deposit, and balance payments.
• Banking and bank statement entries.
• Dealing with queries and escalating when required.
• Processing journals and system transactions.
• Facilitate Interest-Free Credit applications through to payment.
• Supporting the Senior Credit Controller as necessary.

• Ability to think on your feet
• Work off own initiative
