Field Service Coffee Engineer - Oxford / Reading

Monday to Friday - Weekend cover on a rota (1-in-4)
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 DOE + Bonus & Overtime

About the Role

Are you a hands-on problem solver with a knack for fixing things and a passion for great service?

We're looking for a Field Service Engineer to join our dynamic team, representing our brand as you install, maintain, and repair coffee equipment for a wide range of clients.

No two days are the same — you'll tackle a mix of scheduled maintenance and reactive repairs, all with the support of our experienced technical team and a realistic, manageable workload. We'll provide full training and ongoing support to ensure you're confident and competent in your patch.

With autonomy over your daily schedule and clear KPIs like 'First Time Fix', you'll play a key role in keeping our customers happy and machines running smoothly.

What You'll Need

Essential:

* Solid experience with electrical and mechanical maintenance

* Proven track record in a customer-facing service environment

* A logical and methodical approach to troubleshooting

* Full UK driving licence

Preferred:

* Background in coffee, vending, white goods, electrical catering equipment, or a similar technical field

* City & Guilds (or equivalent) in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering

* Familiarity with technical diagrams and manuals

* Strong customer service and communication skills

* Experience working to KPIs in a field-based role
