Aftersales Manager - Chiswick

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 basic salary with an OTE of £65,000, plus a company car.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00AM to 6:00PM, with alternate Saturdays from 8:00AM to 1:00PM.

An Aftersales Manager is required for this well-established and highly successful site.

Responsibilities:

* Plan, control, and monitor processes in customer service areas while managing and developing employees.

* Improve the performance of the service team through effective coaching and performance management.

* Ensure sufficient resources are available to meet servicing requirements and regularly review key operating controls (labour efficiency, labour sales, and cost of sales).

* Monitor and evaluate customer needs and competitor activity, ensuring marketing campaigns are relevant and targeted.

* Accurately record all daily operating controls and KPIs.

* Ensure premises, tools, equipment, and other dealership assets are controlled and used effectively.

* Maintain effective expense control in line with agreed objectives through regular examination and review of management accounts and budgets.

The Ideal Candidate:

* Previous experience managing both service and parts departments is essential.

* A solid career history within a main dealer Aftersales department.

* Confident relationship builder with the ability to engage with customers at all levels.

* Extensive career in Aftersales management.

* Ability to create a positive working atmosphere, motivate the team, and ensure service targets are met.

* Process and statistics driven, with an entrepreneurial flair to drive the business forward.

* Proven ability to deliver high CSI results with a passion for customer service excellence.

* Knowledge of vehicle design, manufacture, and legislation.

* A full UK driving licence is required.
