• Receiving inbound calls from customers , assisting with various enquiries
• Managing customer expectations with professionalism 
• Managing email enquiries 
• Updating the internal system
• Completing general administration

 The ideal Customer Service Advisor will have / be

• Available to start at the beginning of September 
• Have previous experience of assisting customers previously
• Have good computer skills and be confident in using Microsoft office
• Have a good attitude and be adaptable to change
