Your New CompanyYou will be working for a well-established BuildingServices consultancy, who work in an expansive portfolio of sectors whichinclude; high-end residential, education, commercial and heritage. Within thesectors they work in, they provide services, which include; Mechanical,Electrical, Sustainable Design and BIM. This is a particularly exciting time tojoin the team as they have strong working relationships and business growth andare looking at expanding into bigger offices and opening new offices in differentlocations.

Your New RoleYour main purpose ofthe role is to ensure that when producing or updating Revit drawings they areup to CAD/Revit standards as well as thorough checking and accuracy ofdrawings.In this role, you willbe:

• Ensure standards are met when producing or updating REVIT M&E drawings.
• Create detailed MEP technical drawings and plans using AutoCAD and Revit
• Participate in design review meetings and provide input on design improvements
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all design work
• Prepare and maintain documentation of design files, including revisions and updates

You will need toundertake other duties as may be required to achieve objectives.

What You'll Need to SucceedYou will need to have REVIT experience.You will need:

• Proficiency in CAD software, including AutoCAD and Revit MEP
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction practices
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
