Wilson Recruitment are seeking a reliable and skilled General Maintenance Person to join a team on a part-time basis (20 hours per week), covering two sites across Daventry, Northamptonshire. This is a varied role requiring someone who is an all-rounder in general maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

* Maintaining clean yards, including winter de-icing and light groundwork such as weed removal.

* Handling property maintenance tasks including painting, decorating, basic plumbing, and electrical work.

* High-level warehouse cleaning using Skyvac or similar equipment.

* Low-level warehouse cleaning with an automated floor scrubber.

* Performing minor repair work.

* PAT testing (training provided if necessary).

* Occasional work at height (training provided if necessary).

Required Skills & Attributes:

* Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.

* Good time management skills to meet deadlines within the set hours.

* Full, clean UK driving licence for travel between sites and occasional van driving.

* Understanding of Health & Safety and COSHH regulations.

* Willingness to take on additional duties as needed by the Management Team.

* Must maintain confidentiality due to the sensitive nature of our business.

Desirable Experience:

* Property maintenance experience, including basic plumbing and electrical work.

* PAT testing and working at height experience (preferred but not essential, training provided).
