We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Senior HR Business Partner to join our clients team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of implementing HR strategies and partnering Exec leaders within the services industry.

Description
Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
Managing the recruitment and selection process
Supporting business needs through the proper HR policies and procedures
Promoting corporate values and shaping a positive culture
Overseeing and managing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
Developing and monitoring overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures
Reporting to management and providing decision support through HR metricsProfile
A successful Senior HR Business Partner should have:
A deep understanding of HR functions and best practices
Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practicesJob Offer

3 days in the office and 2 from home.
