Staff Nurse - Day Shifts

Hourly Rate: £22

Hours per week: 44

There are multiple nurses on shift during the day and includes 2 days supernumerary for care plans!

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Staff Nurse to join our client's team at their nursing home. As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to their elderly residents and ensuring their well-being.

Qualifications

• Valid RGN (Registered General Nurse) qualification
• Proven experience in elderly care and clinical nursing skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
• Passion for providing high-quality, person-centered care

Responsibilities

As a Staff Nurse, you will spend your days providing direct nursing care to residents, collaborating with the care team, and ensuring a comfortable and supportive environment for elderly residents.

• Providing nursing care to residents, including administering medications, assessing their health needs, and developing care plans
• Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and personalized care for each resident
• Monitoring and documenting residents' progress and responding to any changes in their condition
• Providing emotional support and guidance to residents and their families
• Ensuring the maintenance of a safe and clean environment for residents
• Participating in training and development opportunities to enhance nursing skills and knowledge
