Fire and Electrical Improver
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 basic plus extras
Milton Keynes / London / Stevenage (within 30 minutes of home address; travel beyond this will be paid)

Your Responsibilities:

* Test fire alarm devices using solo/testifier kits or similar tools.

* Assist with fault finding and troubleshooting.

* Understand and apply the principles of a fire alarm system.

* Install devices, panels, cables, containment, and 2nd fixes under supervision.

* Complete paperwork efficiently using technology.

* Travel to sites (potentially nationwide) with occasional late hours or overnight stays.

The Ideal Candidate:

* At least 2 years of experience in fire and electrical installations.

* Electrical qualifications and emergency lighting experience.

* Electronics qualifications and knowledge of door entry, warden call, security, and CCTV systems.

* Familiarity with fire regulations (BS5839-1).

* Previous domestic electrical experience.

* Understanding of workplace health and safety regulations.

* Full UK driving license and strong IT literacy
