Sales Ledger Administrator

We are working with an International, growing business as they look for a proactive individual to oversee sales support for one of their three B2B territories.

This role also involves supporting an accounts assistant with invoice posting and a variety of accounting tasks, including assistance with month-end processes.

Main responsibilities will include

  • Processing Sales Orders and Invoices
  • Overseeing logistics matters
  • Coordinating with Customers, the Warehouse and Sales Team
  • Management of paperwork and documentation.

Desirable but not essential:

  • SAP experience

  • Experience with Exports
  • Numerate
  • Excellent data entry skills
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional communication and literacy skills
  • Ability to retain a large amount of knowledge and apply it where necessary
  • Organisation skills and ability to manage time efficiently
