As the Technical Supervisor, you'll play a crucial role in guiding the technical teams to success and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.

It will be working on a commerical office in Sheffiled, with that comes flexible working hours, ideally working 8am till 5pm, Monday to Friday, parking on site. It's a great opportunity to build a relationship with the client, as there is plenty of support around. Working on a commercial office in Sheffield you know where you will be going everyday but its that big you won't get bored!

The Key Responsibilities of the Technical Supervisor:

* Lead, inspire, and motivate a team of technical professionals.

* Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements, sharing knowledge and best practices with the team.

* Address technical challenges and issues as they arise, making informed decisions to keep projects on track.

* Identify opportunities for skill development within the team and provide coaching and training to enhance their capabilities.

* Foster effective communication within the team and with other departments to ensure seamless collaboration and information sharing.

* Ensure that all team activities adhere to health and safety regulations and industry standards.

* Ideally someone who has come from a technical background to help support the team of multiskilled engineers.
