Elevation Recruitment Groups HR division are currently recruiting for an exciting distribution business in Leicestershire. We are looking for a Senior HR Advisor for a high growing, fast moving, multi channel company on a full time, permanent basis. 

This role reflects the growth and success of the business and will operate as part of the wider HR operational team. You will be reporting into a supportive HR Manager who is looking to develop you whilst working a combination of 3-4 onsite or across multiple sites and 1-2 days working from home.

Your role will include:-

ER Cases including disciplinaries, grievances and ensuring employment policies are implemented fairly
Advising and coaching the management team & providing consistent advice on employment law
Supporting on business initiatives, ensuring the approach complies with up to date legislation and minimises risk to the business
Involvement with all aspects of HR including Recruitment, Compensation, Benefits, Learning and Development and Change Management
