The role - Behaviour Mentor

For this Behaviour Mentor role, you will be required to work 1:1 with students across KS3 & KS4 that have SEMH needs, you must build strong rapport with the students and cater to their individual needs. In this Behaviour Mentor role, you will be working in and out of the classroom and will be assisting students with their schoolwork while managing their challenging behaviour. You will need to create a positive working environment, monitor and track progress and provide positive feedback and encouragement.
