Operating Model Capability consultant

6 months+ contract, £750pd outside IR35

London office / hybrid (3-4 days per week)

We are partnering with our city based professional services client who has embarked on a global operating model transformation programme to ensure they are fit for the future and delivering excellent customer value.

They are looking for an experienced Senior Consultant to help define the new capabiltites required across the workforce to support the successful delivery of the new operating model globally. Is this you?

* You have previously worked on global change programmes within a team,
* involving large scale operating model change,
* in professional services/consultancy and preferably the legal sector

* You have likely developed your capability assessment/mapping skills in organisation design and/or development roles,
* and bring stakeholder engagement and project management expertise at the highest levels of the organisation

* You will have solid experience of working in either BD/Marketing, Finance or Data/Technology functions

* You will need work out of the London office 3-4 days a week
* and are available immediately
