SEN Teaching Assistant Applicants Should:

• Have experience working with children with SEMH needs in a primary school setting.

• Be confident in implementing behaviour management strategies and supporting emotional wellbeing.

• Hold relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 3 Teaching Assistant, HLTA status, or equivalent).

• Demonstrate patience, adaptability, and a genuine passion for education.

• Possess a valid DBS check or be willing to undergo one.
