In this SEN Teaching Assistant role, you will provide one-to-one and small group support to children with SEMH needs, helping them navigate the challenges they face in the classroom and beyond. You will work closely with the SENCO and teaching staff to implement tailored strategies that promote emotional regulation, positive behaviour, and academic progress. • Hold relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 3 Teaching Assistant, HLTA status, or equivalent).

• Demonstrate patience, adaptability, and a genuine passion for education.

• Possess a valid DBS check or be willing to undergo one.
