Role Overview:

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Assistant on a Part Time basis working to support the day-to-day financial and administrative operations of the business.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Process supplier invoices using internal software and reconcile against purchase orders
• Resolve supplier queries and manage payment-related issues
• Reconcile supplier statements, request and chase invoices, and process credit notes as required
• Distribute customer statements via email and post
• Follow up on outstanding customer payments to ensure adherence to payment terms
• General Accounts Administration
• Process and reconcile credit card receipts.
• Answer calls in a professional manner, manage accounts-related correspondence, and maintain accurate filing systems.

Experience Ideally Required for This Role:

• Prior experience in accounts payable and receivable processes
• Familiarity with ERP software including Xero is beneficial
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
