About the role:

We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic KS2 Teacher who is ready to inspire and engage students in Key Stage 2. As part of a dedicated team, you will play a pivotal role in planning and delivering an exciting and broad curriculum that fosters curiosity, creativity, and a love of learning. This full-time, long-term position is ideal for an experienced teacher or a confident Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking to develop their skills in a supportive and dynamic school environment. With small class sizes, you will have the opportunity to get to know your students, tailoring your teaching to meet their individual needs and helping them achieve their best.

Application Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience in teaching Key Stage 2 (preferred but not essential for ECTs).
• A passion for delivering creative and engaging lessons.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Ability to start as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that meet the National Curriculum requirements.
• Assess, record, and report on the development and progress of students.
• Create a positive learning environment that motivates and encourages pupils to reach their full potential.
• Work collaboratively with other teachers and support staff to ensure consistency and high standards across the curriculum.
• Participate in school-wide activities, contributing to the vibrant community ethos of the school.
