Maintenance Engineer - FM Service Provider - London - up to £36,000

An exciting opportunity to join an established FM service provider working on an Established portfolio within London has arisen.

The successful candidate will be carrying out maintenance and reactive tasks across the portfolio.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in commercial maintenance.

This position would be ideal for a Maintenance Engineer/Maintenance Improver currently in a similar position who is keen on training and a new opportunity. The successful candidate will have experience within Mechanical/Electrical maintenance. In return the company are offering a salary up to £36,000 with overtime and training available.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

PPM's and Reactive works
AHU's and FCU's
Carrying out Maintenance and Repairs
Update contract managers with relevant client or site information
Updating site log books
Provide further works reports where required
Completing all works to a high standard
Ensure method statements and risk assessments are prepared and used for all tasksRequired Skills:

Mechanical Level 2 or Level 3 or Electrical Level 2 or Level 3
Working experience in a Building Services environment
Other preferable skills: Mechanical, electrical and basic plumbing.
Providing technical support to administration staff as required. Benefits:
