Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the efficient functioning of the Parts Department, managing the collection and delivery of goods and customer vehicles.
• Deliver prompt and courteous service to both external and internal customers.
• Maintain precise records of stock and sales, ensuring efficient processing of goods.
• Collaborate with the wider team to assist with various operational tasks.

Essential Skills:

• Previous experience as a Parts Advisor in the automotive industry.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adaptable to various audiences.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• A passion for the luxury automotive sector and a basic understanding of luxury vehicle brands.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members and customers.
