You’ll join a fun, friendly and well-established team committed to delivering high quality customer service to their clients. . As a leader in their industry with a strong heritage this is really a position not to be missed! The RoleCustomer service is at the forefront of this role, booking in new and used motorcycles for servicing with additional products to be offered, through a customer focused approach is paramount to success. Responsibilities will include: 

• Ensuring agreed KPIs are met 

• Effectively up and cross selling to new and existing customers 

• Provide excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction 

• Deal with customers in a professional manner 

• Maintain accurate records of Parts activities and opportunities in the CRM system 

The Ideal CandidateYou’ll be driven to achieve and enjoy working with people. Further to the above we are looking for someone who: 

• Is a team player 

• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

• Has a desire to exceed in every task they encounter

• Experienced within car/motorbike parts would be ideal but not essential as full training will be provided
