Job: Catering Team Lead
Location: Chislehurst Kent
Pay: £16.77 per hour
Shifts: 4 on 4 off
Full Time - 35 Hours a week (Shifts between 7 AM - 18:30)
We seek a dedicated and enthusiastic catering team lead to join our wonderful client based in Chislehurst. If you have a passion for food and looking to support a community of the Elderly this is the role for you!
Role Overview:
- Assist in the preparation and serving of meals.
- Support the catering manager running the kitchen
- Help design the menu for the week
- Support unique dietary requirements like liquid diets
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and dining areas.
- Support the kitchen team with daily tasks.
- Ensure food safety standards are met.
- Provide friendly and efficient service to students and staff.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a catering or kitchen environment is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to hygiene standards.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Reliability and punctuality.
