As a Senior Building Surveyor, you'll be versatile, working across diverse sectors and an array of building consultancy services including:

- ✅ Defect analysis
- ✅ Bank funded construction & development monitoring

They are seeking someone who either has MRICS Chartership or is nearing completion, with 5+ years of professional surveying consultancy experience. You should possess a RICS accredited degree, demonstrate sound commercial awareness, and have a high standard of report-writing skills. Experience with CAD use and design work is a bonus, but not essential.

The right candidate will be self-motivated, methodical, and organised with the ability to manage workloads efficiently and communicate effectively with clients. A full, clean UK driving licence and own vehicle, insured for business use, are essential.
