This global property specialist company have acquired 95 properties in the UK and are starting a massive business systems roll out of Yardi Property management software . They have a mission to improve the quality of life for people in the properties by providing a holistic solution that significantly improves people's lives. The job role is to run the entire roll out of Yardi across the 95 properties and then continue with new acquisitions. Eventually there will be a team of 6 in the Business systems team providing support and systems administration the 1000 of users in the UK.

The company have a track record of introducing Yardi solutions into properties (in the US and Canada) and this has been a massively successful programme.

You will be hands on working on the initial projects as it is vital that the start of the program is successful. So you will have recent hands on experience of Implementing large scale property management solution like Yardi or MRI qube or Manhattan and be comfortable working on the requirements and having a firm grasp of the functionality that is being Implemented. You will be a skilled change manager and have been involved in large enterprise wide programmes.

As the organisation grows in the UK this role will become more team management, project management and planning.
