Part-time Monday to Friday 10:00 - 14:30

We are looking for an experienced accountant and bookkeeper to work for a manufacturing company based in Chelmsford, Essex. This is a part-time position where you will be responsible for managing the financial records and supporting the finance team.

Daily duties will include:

Handle accounts payable and receivable transactions

Maintain accurate financial records

Reconcile bank statements ensuring financial data accuracy

Support budgeting and financial reporting processes

Work alongside the finance teams on audits and preparing financial statements

Experience required:

Previous experience within Accounting and/or Bookkeeping  

Skilled with Excel and other financial systems (Sage/SAP/Xero etc.)

Strong attention to detail with high levels of accuracy

Able to work independently and manage time effectively
