Job Role: Accounts supervisor Job Type: Full-time, Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:30pmSalary £26k - £32k + Perks

Key Responsibilities:

Processing day-to-day transactionsCustomer Accounts reconciliationsPerforming customer credit checks prior to new bookings and providing customer credit limits along with ensuring the stay within their credit termsCredit Control - reconciling customer accounts and chasing for paymentProduction of customer statements on a monthly basis and reminder letters, when requiredSupplier Accounts reconciliationsProcess supplier payments and any refundsVAT ReturnsInputting company expenses

Accounting Supervisor Skills required:

Supervision and team leadership skillsManaging processesAttention to detailGeneral math skillsAccounting skillsExperience in accounting software, specifically SAGE.Time management and ability to prioritize to meet deadlinesConfidentiality and trustworthinessData entry managementExcellent communication skills
