Void SupervisorSalary £43,889 per annum + 2025/26 pay award pending This role involves the requirement to participate in an out of hours emergency support rota (attracting additional payment).

Our busy void team carry out repairs on around 210 empty homes within the Hereford/Worcester area per year.As Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and supervision of around five experienced Trade Engineers and Contractors carrying out void repairs within in a social housing setting. Working to tight deadlines, managing quality to our void standard and keeping accurate records at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
• Scheduling works
• Managing the in-house trades team
• Identifying major works within the empty dwelling
• Liaising and managing contractors to complete works
• Keeping accurate records within the Housing Management system
• Attending update meetings
• Supporting the local team
• Liaising with other departments that are part of the overall void process

We need you to have:
• Experience of managing trades
• Contractor management experience
• The ability to work under pressure to exacting deadlines
• Be a team player
• Demonstrate a good working knowledge of construction techniques
• Be willing to travel across the area
We would be really excited if you have:
• Previous void management experience
• Good social housing knowledge
• Proven ability to work solo or as part of a team
• Contractor management experience.
