Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum

IS Group are seeking to recruit an Account Manager to join our team based in Flint, near Chester. You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salaryof £35,000 - £45,000 per annum expected earnings, depending on level of experience and industry knowledge.

The Company

IS Group is an established Company manufacturing high end signage with installations nationwide. We work with local government, construction, managing agents, land and property developers and urban designers. We interpret concept designs into CAD manufacturing drawings and manufacture in our engineering department.

About the role:

As an Account Manager, you will have a portfolio of client accounts. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional service to clients, aimed at maximising growth opportunities across our range of products. Your ultimate goal will be to ensure the renewal of services for each client.

Responsibilities as our Account Manager will include

  • Understanding and aligning with customer strategy and objectives
  • Achieving quarterly revenue targets on account customers
  • Proactively identifying and pursuing growth opportunities within your portfolio of accounts
  • Maintaining a robust pipeline of portfolio opportunities to achieve growth
  • Effectively managing customer contact levels to agreed levels
  • Conducting Teams meetings with customers for account reviews
  • Ensuring all customer requests, requirements, queries, are met promptly and efficiently
  • Providing valuable feedback from customers to the business
  • Accurately logging all interactions on the internal CRM system
  • Communicating product updates to customers as necessary
  • Participating in training and taking ownership of personal development
  • Collaborating with colleagues and provide assistance when necessary
  • Representing the company in a professional manner at all times

What we’re looking for in our Account Manager:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is essential
  • Excellent customer service skills with a proven track record
  • Strong determination to exceed sales targets and objectives
  • Proficient in objection handling
  • Self-motivated with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong administrative, planning, organisation, and time management skills
  • Capable of working under pressure to tight deadlines
  • Takes responsibility for actions and commitments
