Role - Team Leader role
Location - Based close to Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk
Working hours - Monday to Thursday 8am - 5pm and Friday 8am - 1pm
Rate of pay - Between £15.39 - £16.54 per hour
Capacity of role - Temporary to Permanent position

Our client is a leading manufacturer in the local area is currently recruiting for a Team Leader to join their busy workshop.
Candidates will need to have own transport and ideally will be looking for a role with an immediate start
Main duties will include -
 Oversee production operations.
 Working in conjunction with the Head of Production ensure safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets are measured and met.
 Provide direction, training and feedback to employees.
 Oversee and monitor workers within the area during production activities to ensure adherence to ethics, safety and quality procedures.
 Be responsible for being a leadership resource to team members, providing knowledge, experience, motivation, support and advice, knowing proper procedures for workers to follow and ensuring that they comply.
 Provide guidance to the team on how to use tools and equipment, or how to improve quality or speed of production. Encourage team effort and supportive attitudes between workers

Candidate Attributes -
 Good communication skills
 Previous working experience in a team leading position
 Own transport due to the location of the premises
 Previous manufacturing operations- ideally working in a manufacturing based environment
