About the clientThe Management Recruitment Group is seeking a Repairs Manager for a housing company in Northampton.Accountabilities

• Lead the operational delivery of repairs and maintenance
• Ensure H&S at all times
• Management of KPI’s and performance
• Management of external contractors
• Responsible for setting and managing budgets

Candidate Requirements

• CSCS card
• Proven experience managing a repairs and maintenance service
• Proven experience managing repairs and maintenance operations
• H&S Qualification such as IOSH
• Full driver’s licence
• Willing to travel to Northampton minimum 4 days per week
• Experience managing KPI’s and performance
