Site Manager - Refurbishment (HA)

Rate: circa GBP230 a day

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a GBP1 million refurbishment for some flats in High Wycombe. The project is set to begin on 30th September and will run for approx a year.

Site Manager Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day site activities, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and suppliers.
Ensure health and safety regulations are strictly adhered to.
Regularly report on project progress to stakeholders.

SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme)
First Aid qualification (preferred, but not essential).
