We’re looking for a talented and driven Chef de Partie (CDP) to join the kitchen team at a respected hotel in the heart of Oxford. This is a great opportunity for someone ready to take the next step in their culinary career in a professional, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:Section Management
- Take full responsibility for your assigned section (grill, sauce, larder, pastry, etc.)
- Ensure consistent preparation and presentation of dishes to the highest standards
- Work closely with Sous and Head Chef to maintain smooth kitchen operations
Food Prep & Service
- Prepare, cook, and present menu items during service
- Ensure mise en place is fully prepared ahead of shifts
- Support other sections as required to maintain team flow
Hygiene & Safety
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and hygiene in your area
- Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations (HACCP procedures, allergen control, temperature logs, etc.)
- Adhere to all kitchen health & safety protocols
Teamwork & Development
- Collaborate with fellow chefs and kitchen porters to ensure efficient service
- Take direction from senior chefs while showing initiative and pride in your work
- Actively participate in training and development opportunities

What We’re Looking For:- Proven experience as a CDP or strong Commis Chef ready to step up
- Solid understanding of basic cooking techniques and kitchen procedures
- Attention to detail and commitment to consistent quality
- Positive, team-focused attitude with a willingness to learn
- Level 2 Food Hygiene certificate (Level 3 a bonus)
