Accounts Payable Clerk - Job Type: Full-time

We are seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk, ideally with 1 year of experience, to join an established team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing invoices, matching supplier invoices to purchase orders and handling employee expenses. Out client are hoping for a candidate that can hit the ground running in this position and are happy to provide training for the right candidate!
Day to Day of the role: - Process invoices across multiple software platforms, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Match supplier invoices to purchase orders (POs) and code invoices appropriately.
- Resolve supplier queries efficiently via telephone and email.
- Check Goods Received Not Invoiced (GRNI) bookings and verify invoices and credit notes.
- Handle monthly employee expenses and ensure they are processed correctly.
Required Skills & Qualifications: - GCSEs or equivalent, including English, Maths, and IT (Level 4-9).
- AAT Qualified or working towards the qualification is a plus!
- Ideally the successful candidate with have, at least 1 year of experience in Accounts Payable.
- Strong knowledge of Excel and Word is essential, as this will be used on a daily basis.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
