Are you a passionate and experienced SEN Teacher looking for your next rewarding opportunity? A mixed primary and secondary SEN Provision in Tadworth is seeking a dedicated educator to join their team. This full-time, long-term position has the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

About the Role:

Teach and support students with additional needs across a mixed primary and secondary setting.
Plan and deliver tailored lessons that engage and inspire students to reach their full potential.
Create a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
Collaborate with support staff, families, and external professionals to meet individual learning needs.
Manage behaviour effectively and foster emotional development.

What We're Looking For:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
Proven experience working with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
A strong understanding of individual education plans (IEPs) and differentiated learning strategies.
A DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).
A proactive, patient, and resilient approach to teaching.
