The Role: Associate Quantity Surveyor
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert quantity surveying services across a diverse range of sectors
- Manage projects from inception to completion
- Act as an Employer's Agent, liaising between clients and contractors
- Oversee commercial management aspects of projects
The Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in multiple sectors
- Strong project management skills
- Experience as an Employer's Agent
- Solid background in commercial management
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- RICS qualification (or equivalent)
