£25,000 is on offer for a Graduate Mechanical Quantity Surveyor local to the London area.

You will be joining a HVAC Contractor who for the last 20 years have been designing & Installing HVAC Projects up to the value of 10 million.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assisting in the measurement and quantification of mechanical services for construction projects.
- Assisting in the preparation of detailed bills of quantities for tendering purposes.
- Assisting in the procurement of mechanical services, including the preparation of tender documentation and assessment of tenders.
- Liaising with contractors and suppliers to obtain quotes for mechanical services.
- Assisting in the preparation of cost estimates and budgets for mechanical services.
- Assisting in the assessment and valuation of variations and claims for mechanical services.
- Assisting in the preparation of monthly cost reports for mechanical services.
- Ensuring that all mechanical services are accurately accounted for and properly documented.
